OBEDIENCE

There was famous thief. His son also used to steal. One day, a Sadguru was passing through, He asked the boy, “What is your father’s name and what is his profession.” The Boy replied, “He is a thief and I also steal along with my father. Boy asked Sadguru, “Please tell me what I should do.”Sadguru told him, you also do stealing. Boy said, “You are a saint sill you are telling me carry on stealing, Sadguru said there are two conditions.

  1. Where ever you do stealing, do not take all the valuables. Leave something so that the person sustains his living.
  2. Read namaz at any place timely.

After Sadguru left, boy happened to get a chance to steal in king’s palace and he had collected all gold coins and put it in a bag. When he stated moving upstairs, thought of Sadguru came to his mind. He started on putting one gold coin on each stair and by the time he reached upstairs, it was dawn and he started reading namaz, “Allah hoo Allah hoo”. With this King and queen waked. They came up, having seen, the queen said to King, “This boy is good. Let him read the namaz.” when he had finished namaz, King asked him, "Who are you?” Boy replied, “Thief.” Queen said if we give you a job then, will you stop stealing. Boy said, “Yes.”King made him a guard and thereafter cook. Queen found him honest and married her daughter to Boy and one day Boy became King. If one learns to master obedience one himself becomes God and learn to love.
